Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using our Website, and/or by booking and/or attending any class run or organised by Craftlandia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

  • All refunds are subject to a $5 administration fee and are available until 2 days (48 hours) prior to the commencement of your first class.

  • With less than 48 hours’ notice, students cancelling will receive no refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment and are processed as soon as practicable.

  • On very rare occasions, the price might change due to unforeseen events, but you will always have the opportunity to cancel in the event that the price

    increases.

  • If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within a timely manner, from when we are informed of any issue.

Transferring Your Booking

  • If you wish to transfer your booking to another workshop we require at least seven (7) days notice prior to the start date of your original workshop/course booking.

  • Bookings without date changes can be transferred to another person without incurring any penalties.

Course Cancellations 

  • Classes are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers (usually this is 4 participants).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. In the event of a cancellation, students will be offered a full refund, credit or transfer.

  • We will endeavour to give participants as much notice as possible. We will contact all participants via the email address they provided when class tickets were purchased, and offer a refund or a credit.

Course Rescheduling 

  • Should a Class need to be rescheduled, all registered participants will automatically be eligible to transfer their ticket over to the rescheduled class, and will be contacted by email. If a participant does not respond, then we reserve the right to refund the ticket and give the ticket to another participant.

  • If the timing of a rescheduled class does not suit, we will provide a full refund on the ticket. The same principle applies to any class requiring a late change of time – we will notify all participants and provide refunds where participants are unable to commit to the rescheduled class.

Missed Workshops

  • If you miss the second or subsequent sessions of a course, you will not be reimbursed for that session.

Payments Policy

  • We require full payment to be made at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made conveniently online with a credit card, or at the studio in cash, EFT or credit card (at an appointed time).

  • We cannot hold or pencil-in bookings.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are valid for a period of 2 years from the purchase date.

  • Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The same cancellation rules for classes also apply to Gift Certificate bookings: if you do not attend the class or cancel within time then the amount ‘spent’ from your gift certificate will be deducted or lost.

Medical Events

  • If you feel unwell, do not attend your workshop. With the supply of a medical certificate or COVID-19 testing referral covering the date of your workshop, you will be able to transfer or refund your booking.

  • Your safety is our priority, we reserve the right to make decisions if necessary to preserve the safety of all. 

  • In the event of a medical emergency, we may have to seek ambulance services on your behalf and at your expense.

  • We will endeavour to have a COVID-safe environment, but it is the responsibility of individual students to wear a mask if they feel especially vulnerable.
